Marketing can get overwhelming as a small business owner tries to juggle all business operations. Not to mention the variety of different specialties to learn about and areas to consider when marketing! Knowing this, I take an extra step to explain everything in great detail so it's easy for my clients to understand. Questions are always welcome. :) 
 
My goal is to ensure that you feel secure and confident in your marketing efforts.

What are the next steps after you’ve completed the strategy?

Accepted Answer

There are 2 options, depending on your budget -
1. Engage me to manage the execution of the strategy with my preferred list of freelancers at an additional cost.
2. Execute the strategy with your own resources. I can recommend freelancers that I've worked with if you'd like to manage the process yourself.
 
Please note that option 1 is only offered to clients who I've developed a strategy for.

Can you help me execute the strategy?

If you need help with executing the strategy I develop, I can provide you with a separate quote that covers my fees to help you manage the execution of the strategy with my list of preferred freelancers.
 
This includes briefing and reviewing materials to ensure that it aligns with the strategy that I've developed.

The beauty of having worked at an agency in the first few years of my career, and as a full-time marketing consultant now is my ability to adapt and learn new industries quickly. My experience ranges from small to large corporations, from beauty services, to homebuilding, to financing, to government work and so on!
 
Every project I take on goes through an extensive research process where I immerse myself into my client's industry and business as this allows me to deliver an effective strategy that resonates with you and your audience.

How long do your strategies typically take to develop?

Depending on how complex the strategy is, it is typically takes around 2 to 4 weeks.

Do you offer day-to-day marketing management?

Accepted Answer

I offer marketing strategies that can guide your day-to-day management but I do not offer daily management of your marketing efforts such as social media content creation, posting, and blog writing.

Do you work with clients outside of Canada?

Accepted Answer

Yes, I work and have worked with clients outside of Canada including the United States and Australia.

What are your methods of payment?

Accepted Answer

Electronic bank transfer is my primary form of payment for clients globally.
 
If you are outside of Canada, I use TransferWise to create a 'local' bank account so that you can easily make eletronic payments via your local bank.
